Orchard Holdings Invests in Free Flow Wines

Orchard Holdings Group – a private investment firm that invests non-institutional, private, family capital in businesses with the potential to create substantial long-term value – has completed a minority investment in Free Flow Wines, the pioneer of premium wine on tap.  Concurrent with this minority investment, Orchard Holdings also established a separate asset leasing company that will serve Free Flow Wines, as well as well as other segments of the beverage industry.  The investment by Orchard Holdings Group will allow Free Flow Wines to increase the number of kegs in its fleet to 100,000 over the next twelve months, enabling the company to keep pace with the increasing demand for wine on tap.  Aspect Consumer Partners acted as exclusive strategic and financial advisor to Orchard Holdings on this transaction.
