Napa, CA – July 13, 2016 – Aspect Consumer Partners acted as exclusive advisor to Silverado Investment Management Company (“SIMCO”) on the sale of Oak Knoll Ranch Vineyard to Hancock Agricultural Investment Group and the sale of Milliken Creek Vineyard to a private investment group. Oak Knoll Ranch Vineyard includes over 40 acres of land planted to Cabernet Sauvignon. Milliken Creek Vineyard includes approximately 100 acres of land planted primarily to Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Both properties are located in the Oak Knoll District AVA in the Napa Valley.
