Devin Granback is currently a Member of the Advisory Board at Aspect Consumer Partners and an investor in and acting CEO of Legacy Products LLC, a residential window and millwork manufacturing company. He has over 20 years of experience in principal equity investing, investment banking and advisory roles in the consumer products and related manufacturing sectors.

Devin has advised on over $6 billion of transactions and invested over $500 million of mezzanine and private equity capital. Devin’s experience includes investments across all levels of the capital structure, from subordinated debt to preferred and common equity, in transactions ranging from growth investment capital to leveraged buyouts. In an advisory capacity, Devin has specialized in strategic and financial advisory assignments including, buy- and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, with additional experience in public and private equity offerings.

Prior to his current role at Legacy Products, Devin was a Managing Director in the Consumer Products Investment Banking Group at Raymond James (NYSE:RJF). He also held a similar role as a Managing Director at W.R. Hambrecht + Co. Devin was previously a Vice President in the private equity and M&A groups at Thomas Weisel Partners and First Union Capital Partners and an Associate in the Consumer M&A group at Montgomery Securities.

Devin received his Bachelor of Science from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and received his MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
